Thank you for supporting the mission, because of you we have been able to serve a church here in Costa Rica. The Pastor, whose name is Armando said he had been praying for people to come soon. We were an answered prayer for him and the church here, when last minute we could not go to Panama anymore and we needed a new host. Pastor Armando was delighted to take us in.
This church is called Nazareth Iglesia and is located in a great place called Turrialba! We’ve been able to form strong relationships with the members of the church and encourage them.
We have been painting the roof of the church, to prevent rust and water from flowing into the sanctuary every time it rains! We’ve also had the opportunity to paint the walls in the sanctuary!
One day, we built a concrete ramp for handicapped people to come into church. We have just been able to support so many different things since being here these two weeks. Little things such as picking weeds, to working in the youth group and prayer groups. Today, we preformed skits and dances for the church with the youth. It has been an incredible last few weeks!
One day, we went to a woman’s house from the church. Her roof was leaking and her wood was destroyed by termites, so we basically tore the house down and rebuilt it in one day. It was a big job and lots of fun.
Each week at church, the Pastor gives about a 15 minute shout out to us. Just thanking us for being here and many people after service thank us as well. The Pastor asked the congregation how many people used the ramp to get into the service one day. Many people raised their hands and were thankful for the opportunity to get into church.
I pass these thank yous on to you. You have supported me through prayer, encouragement, financial help, and a variety of support. You are a huge part of everything I get the opportunity to take part of here. Thank you for sowing into the Kingdom of God.

Hey it is Sam Osuna,
So in January, I am heading on a 10/40 trip. This trip is focused on telling the good news of Jesus Christ in regions with few Christians. I have more information than I did a week ago. So here is an update…
The first month we will be getting trained in perspective class and green cross training for trauma. These are tools to use as we go out to the places we plan. After the first month, we head to Montenegro and Albania, then the next country is still being decided because covid related things, and the final country will be in Jordan. My fundraising bar has not switched yet, I still have a lot to raise.
Thank you for supporting me as I follow where God is leading me. Once again, you are a huge part of everything I get do. Thank you. Remember we are all in this together, you are on mission wherever you are or whatever your career is.
Love, your Brother in Christ, Sam Osuna
